Born in Kyiv, Ukraine. During the Soviet era, his family emigrated to Israel.

Graduated from Tel Aviv University.

Career military officer with extensive experience in Israel’s intelligence services, having served in multiple specialized units.

Since 2005, served as a senior leader in the “Malat” Psychological Operations Unit of the Israel Defense Forces.

Following retirement, worked as an independent consultant for Black Cube and Psy-Group.

Currently, co-founder and CEO of Deep Black Team, a company specializing in advanced humanitarian technologies and their applications in information operations.

David has led numerous large-scale, highly classified information operations.
